Depends very much on the region but like… yeah, this is pretty underwhelming. They painted the whole lane blue and put up a tiny barrier (or painted stripes on a service road thru a park), which isn’t exactly revolutionary infrastructure. It barely even counts as new, most of it looks to have been lane conversions - which is good but still isn’t exactly newsworthy.
