In Swedish, “snigla” (“to snail”) is the female equivalent of “olla” (“to bellend”). That is, to rub your genitalia against some thing or another for mischievous purposes.

Amongst teenagers before the omnipresent social media eye, yes. Kids today, no idea.
The snail connection probably comes from this old high brow joke only told in the best of chambers:
Q: Why do women have legs?
A: If they didn’t they’d leave snail trails everywhere they go.
