Technically no, but I believe they are typically self leveling, plus are tighter beams Some of the reasons for excessive glare include incorrectly aimed headlights older style reflectors that let a lot of light spread leaving high beams on using LED replacement bulbs that aren’t legally replacements Adaptive high beams fix 3.5/4 of these. I do not think it helps with incorrectly aimed headlights from lifted trucks though I have definitely noticed cars with extremely bright headlights that are also more tightly focussed. No glare
