      The fix for that is also how you make the relationship work. Communication. Ask if you’re too clingy, or how much is too much, or what he’d rather have. Tell him what works for you. Find a compromise if there’s some conflict, and often that compromise doesn’t mean neither of you get what you want, just not as much.

      You might find that he loves the clinging, he just doesn’t know how to show he does so it seems like he’s bothered or annoyed. Ask.

        Okay? Not sure where this idea that I don’t communicate with my partner came from; especially with the “you might find he loves the clinging” thing. I mean I specifically commented on a post about someone expressing the enjoyment of clinginess saying my fiance is like that too, which implies that I already know he likes it, because you know… we communicate 🙃

        I just have anxiety and struggle with worrying over things a lot, even if I know what im doing is correct, or enjoyed.

          I just can’t read well sometimes and somehow skimmed the first part, that makes sense. I just got the impression you weren’t sure. Be clingy, you’re fortunate to be matched up with someone who enjoys it too.

    I had a partner for a little while that would do the “good morning!” texts. Didn’t especially enjoy that. I like some actual content. Even if it’s fluffy like “the dog saw a squirrel and I had to carry her the rest of the way home because she was obsessed”

    Give me something to work with.

    I also had a partner for a few months that wouldn’t respond for days. That was bad. Glad that one ended.

    Yessss text me literally as much as you fuckin want, I love just knowing somebody wants to talk with me - I will send multiple texts in a day with the understanding that the person will read and respond when they wish to.
